Plastic surgery and cosmetic technology offers training and imparts skills in cosmetic technology to provide comprehensive care for reconstructive and aesthetic needs. The students assist in repair, reconstruction, or replacement of physical defects of form or function involving the skin, cranio maxillofacial structures, hand, extremities, breast and trunk, external genitalia or cosmetic enhancement of these areas of the body.
